What about rates and billing?
Sessions are $130 per session, or the contractual rate with your insurance. Initial intakes are $200.  Payment is expected at time of service. All major credit cards accepted.
Do you accept insurance.
I accept Blue Cross and Blue Sheild, Blue Care Network, Aetna, Health Alliance Plan, Optum and Medicare. I can provide a superbill as an out of network provider for other insurances not listed.
How long does each therapy session take?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation arises with less than 24 hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. If a client is a no show without a communication, then the full session fee will be billed.
What clients do you work with?
I work with the adult individual. Some reasons people seek therapy with me are issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorder, relationship difficulties, and employment stressors.
What to expect the first visit?
We will start with some paperwork for all that legal stuff, learn a general history, explore what are the things you would like to improve, and formulate a plan on how we can work together to achieve those goals.
